Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

We ship using a variety of couriers. The most common of them being UPS, DHL and Royal Mail UK. Please note when goods are sent abroad outside of Europe, the customer may be charged customs fees. SRR holds no responsibilty to pay these fees.

SRR does not accept returns on any bolt or nut orders. SRR charges a 20% restocking fee on Rim halves which are returned. SRR does not refund any postage costs which were incurred when sending the order out. The buyer is liable to pay postage costs to return the goods and has to use a tracked service. Rim halves can only be returned if they have not been used. They will be fully inspected when back in our possession. SRR does not accept returns 5 days after the customer recieves the item.

The rim halves/lips that we sell are all TUV approved. TUV is the most comprehensive testing any product would undergo.

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfil your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.
